    Shangyang Packaging developed new operation strategies to further our development in domestic market whiling tapping into overseas markets.

  • 2017

    In Nov. 2017, Shangyang Packaging was honored as Top 20 Small- and Medium-sized Corporate Culture Constructor of Harbin. Corporate culture is the soul of a company, and this honor is a testimony to soft power of Shangyang Packaging.

  • 2016

    In 2016, Shangyang Packaging passed the food safety system audit conducted by SGS and achieved FSSC22000 certification on Sep. 9, and then started management both quality and food safety systems.

  • 2015

    On Dec. 28, 2015, Shangyang Packaging spent heavily to introduce a state-of-the-art Fuji nine-color printing machine from Japan, making possible the shaftless printing registration and online quality inspection, bringing its production efficiency and capacities for online inspection to a new level.

  • 2013

    In Apr. 2013, Shangyang Packaging Biological Flexible Packaging Industry was officially put into service. This covers an area of 32,000 sq. m. The first phase, with an area of 17,000 sq. m, includes GMP cleanrooms and three new standard labs. The state-of-the-art equipment and facilities allowed the company to enjoy rapid development.

  • 2010

    In Dec. 2010, Shangyang Packaging was given an Excellent Packaging Brand of China by China Packaging Federation.

  • 2009

    On Dec. 2, 2009, Shangyang Packaging was included into the first list of Heilongjiang Model Company of Integrity.

  • 2008

    On June 18, 2008, Shangyang Packaging, upon approval from Heilongjiang Department of Technology, set up Heilongjiang Biological Flexible Packaging Engineering Technical Center.

  • 2007

    On June 3, 2007, Shangyang Packaging became one of the first companies awarded Market Entry Permit for Plastic Food Package and Container Manufacturers upon approval from AQSIQ in Heilongjiang, which was a testimony to our robust capacities in the flexible packaging industry.

  • 2006

    In 2006, Shangyang Packaging was honored as Famous and Prominent Printing Company of Heilongjiang Province.

  • 2005

    On Nov. 30, 2005, Shangyang Packaging was relocated to the over-6,000-squre-meter premises at 67, Hashuang Road, Nangang District and built GMP cleanrooms, becoming one of the largest flexible package manufacturer in Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning.

  • 2004

    During its first years, Shangyang Packaging aimed to offer customers high quality products and viewed product quality as its life. After four years of efforts, Shangyang Packaging achieved IS09001:2000 certification, offering system-d support to its quality management.

  • 2000

    On May 30, 2000, Harbin Shangyang Packaging Co., Ltd. was established.
